Adelaide Songs
‘Adelaide Songs’ is a special presentation of original songs inspired by our city. This acclaimed concert/cabaret was a hit music show in Fringe Festivals, receiving 4.5 stars and glowing reviews. It has since then played to sold-out shows within the History Festival, Umbrella Music Festival, AND Lord Mayor’s Gala Concert.
This unique show began life in 2014 to create some new songs that explored Adelaide’s city, its history, identity, stories and characters with the idea that every city deserves it’s own songs. Seven local songwriters came together with renowned historian Patricia Sumerling and uncovered some of the darker and light sides of the city.
From Don Dunstan to Wang Wang & Funi.
