Tim Moore

Born in a small town on the southern edge of the world, Tim sings with a well-travelled heart. Having toured extensively in Australia and New Zealand he is at home in big theatres, small bars and intimate house concerts where he joins the tradition of the great singer-songwriter troubadours. His much awaited third album ‘Songs From The Road’ released in 2019 chronicles his experience of selling everything and hitting the road with a young family. An artist of rare depth, his shows are like a conversation with a good friend who makes you laugh and cry and question everything you know. With haunting melodies and a voice like cut marble, Tim is a teller of stories worth telling.

Sharing bills with the likes of Archie Roach, Lior, John Butler Trio, Blue King Brown and Katie Noonan and supporting international acts such as Passenger (UK), Ruby Gill (RSA) and Luke Thompson (NZ) he is as at home in theatre venues and festivals as he is in folky bars and house shows. After releasing his debut EP ‘Fading Fires’ in 2013 he toured nationally with Stu Larsen before crowd funding ‘Songs For Little People’ – a widely acclaimed stripped back folk album for the young and young at heart. His latest offering After the Storm, released in June 2016, is a full length album funded by Arts SA received regular airplay on Double J. Tim has toured extensively throughout Australia and New Zealand, including tours with renowned boutique initiatives such as Parlour and Adelaide’s own The Porch Sessions. In 2017 he traveled to the remote north coast of New Zealand to record his fourth solo release, launched in March 2019. His work is a poignant reminder of the genuine depth in the Australian singer-songwriting scene.

Naomi Keyte

Naomi Keyte is making an interesting blend of folk and alt-pop music that is distinct both sonically and lyrically. Think Julie Byrne, Kate Bush, Sufjan Stevens, and Joni Mitchell. There is an intimacy in Keyte’s voice that is both gentle and powerful, and the band help bring to life her image-rich lyrics. With Thomas Capogreco on viola, Mary Webb on backing vocals, Felicity Freeman on bass, and Rohan Goldsmith on Drums, the sound this collective are creating is simultaneously minimal and generous. They use space and restraint in a way that lends impact to the moments when they choose to give it all.

In 2016 Naomi won the National Live Music Award for ‘Best Live Voice SA’ and in 2017 was nominated for three South Australian Music awards; ‘Best Release’, ‘Best Folk’, and ‘Best Female Artist’.

After the 2017 release of their debut album ‘Melaleuca’, the band have played a series of Parlour shows and a handful of festivals including Here’s to Now and WOMADelaide (2018).

The group recently returned to the recording studio of Nick Huggins and, in collaboration with acclaimed producer Anna Laverty, recorded their new single ‘Travelling Woman’ which will be released in 2019.
